Return policy

We accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival, within 10 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please send an email with the reason for return and images of the damaged or defective item to info@jdmmodel.com. Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the return process. If a replacement is available, we will exchange it with the same item. In cases where a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund of the product price. However, we are unable to refund taxes or other related fees. Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer's personal reasons. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to moving or change of address, or returns due to inability to sign for the package. In such cases, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
